Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Manager to manage real estate transaction activities for commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute complex transaction strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education may be considered
• Real Estate salesperson license required
• Experience with industrial and flex transactions is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Expert organizational skills and advanced mathematical abilities
