Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager to oversee real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement real estate plans aligned with client goals and manage project initiation and scope definition
• Negotiate business terms as a landlord or seller agent and coordinate sales negotiations through field brokers
• Track transaction activities and prepare reports and presentations for relevant parties

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of real estate transactions or related experience; equivalent experience and education may be considered
• Real Estate salesperson license required
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on job quality and efficiency
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
