Real Estate Transaction Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager responsible for managing real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, recommend, and execute transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties
• Coordinate the negotiation of sales and negotiate leases, amendments, and track expirations
• Work with internal and external teams to ensure integration between service lines and track all transaction activity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of real estate transactions or relevant experience
• Real Estate salesperson license required
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Sophisticated math skills for financial-related calculations
