Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager to oversee real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute transaction strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions
• Coordinate negotiations of sales and leases, ensuring alignment with client goals
• Track transaction activities and prepare necessary financial documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions is preferred
• Real Estate License is required
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Advanced organizational skills and sophisticated math skills
