Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Manager - West Region Preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the transaction management team, including supervision, training, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff to ensure effective operations
• Negotiate commercial real estate transactions and manage the acquisition of new properties to meet client needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Real Estate salesperson license required
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management preferred
• Leadership skills to motivate teams and achieve operational targets
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and strong organizational skills
