Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Manager to manage real estate transaction activities for commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement real estate plans aligned with client's strategic goals and manage project scopes
• Negotiate business terms as a landlord/seller or tenant/buyer agent and coordinate sales negotiations
• Track transaction activity, prepare reports, and maintain a project tracking system for timely completion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of real estate transactions or related experience
• Real Estate salesperson license required
• Innovative mentality to develop new methods and solutions
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to perform complex financial calculations and possess expert organizational skills
