Real Estate Transaction Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager to oversee real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute transaction strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions
• Coordinate lease renewals, new site acquisitions, and sales negotiations
• Track transaction activity and prepare financial documentation such as commissions and forecasts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions is preferred
• Real Estate License is required
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills and advanced math skills for financial calculations
