Real Estate Transaction Manager

Job Summary

Providing ongoing management of real estate transaction activities, the full-time Senior Transaction Manager will execute complex transaction strategies, collaborate with brokerage teams, and act as both landlord/seller and tenant/buyer agent for commercial clients in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute transaction strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions
• Coordinate negotiations for leases and sales, ensuring alignment with client goals
• Track transaction activities and contribute to operational plans and process improvements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Real Estate salesperson license required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong organizational skills and sophisticated math abilities for financial calculations
• Innovative mindset to develop new methods and solutions in real estate transactions
