Job Summary

Providing strategic management of real estate transactions, the full-time Remote Transaction Manager - Healthcare will oversee new leases, renewals, sales, acquisitions, and dispositions for a defined portfolio, collaborating closely with local brokerage teams to ensure optimal deal outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute transaction strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions
• Develop real estate plans aligned with client strategic goals and manage lease renewals and site acquisitions
• Negotiate leases and sales, ensuring integration with internal and external service teams while tracking transaction activity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education may be considered
• Real Estate License is required
• Experience in healthcare transactions is a plus but not mandatory
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Advanced organizational skills and sophisticated math abilities for financial calculations
