Real Estate Transaction Manager

Job Summary

Managing real estate transaction activities for commercial clients, the full-time Senior Transaction Manager will prepare and execute complex transaction strategies, collaborate with local brokerage teams, and ensure alignment with clients' strategic goals in a remote role based in the Eastern time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and recommend strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions
• Coordinate negotiations for leases, sales, and renewals while tracking transaction activity
• Act as both landlord/seller and tenant/buyer agent for high-profile clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Real Estate Salesperson License required
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Expert organizational skills and highly sophisticated math abilities
• Innovative mentality to develop new methods and solutions
