Job Summary

Managing commercial real estate transactions, the full-time Senior Transaction Manager will negotiate leases, sales, and acquisitions while collaborating with brokerage teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute complex transaction strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions
• Develop real estate plans aligned with clients' strategic goals and manage lease renewals and site acquisitions
• Coordinate negotiations and track transaction activity, ensuring integration between service lines

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Real Estate Salesperson License required
• Innovative mindset with the ability to develop new methods for problem-solving
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Expert organizational skills and highly sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
