Real Estate Transaction Manager

Job Summary

Providing strategic management of real estate transactions, the full-time Remote Real Estate Transaction Manager will oversee activities related to leases, sales, acquisitions, and dispositions for a defined portfolio of commercial properties while collaborating with local brokerage teams to ensure optimal deal outcomes for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties
• Coordinate negotiations for leases and sales, ensuring alignment with client goals
• Track transaction activity and prepare financial forecasts and reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Real Estate License is required
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational skills and sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
