Real Estate Transaction Manager

Job Summary

Providing strategic management of real estate transaction activities, the full-time Transaction Manager will oversee new leases, renewals, sales, acquisitions, and dispositions for a defined portfolio of commercial properties while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute transaction strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions
• Coordinate negotiations of leases and sales, ensuring optimal deal terms for clients
• Track transaction activity and collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate services

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Real Estate License is required
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Advanced organizational skills and sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
