Real Estate Transaction Manager

Job Summary

Providing strategic management of real estate transaction activities, the full-time Remote Transaction Manager will handle new leases, renewals, sales, acquisitions, and dispositions for a defined portfolio of commercial properties while collaborating closely with local brokerage teams to ensure optimal deal terms for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties
• Coordinate negotiations for leases and sales, ensuring alignment with client goals
• Track transaction activity and prepare relevant financial documentation and forecasts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Real Estate License is required
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Advanced organizational skills and sophisticated math abilities
