Real Estate Transaction Manager

Job Summary

Supporting a premier financial client's retail portfolio, the full-time Remote Real Estate Transaction Manager will manage real estate transaction activities including new leases, renewals, sales, acquisitions, and dispositions for a defined portfolio of commercial properties.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties
• Coordinate negotiations for leases and sales, ensuring optimal deal terms
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to track transaction activity and prepare financial forecasts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with retail real estate transactions is preferred
• Real Estate Salesperson License (or ability to obtain)
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills and advanced mathematical abilities
