Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist I in Res Valuation & Value Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Review asset reports, market trends, and broker price opinions to determine asset values
• Create reports and provide analysis on asset values and summaries for clients
• Conduct market research and track task completion through the CAM system

Required Qualifications

• Associates or two-year college degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in real estate appraising or related fields preferred
• Ability to gather, research, and analyze complex data
• Self-motivated with the initiative to research and apply information
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
