Job Summary
To support a portfolio of multi-family properties, the part-time Real Estate Virtual Assistant will manage administrative tasks, listing coordination, and client communication in a fully remote environment while working flexible hours within PST time zone.
Key responsibilities
- Manage emails, calendars, and appointment scheduling
- Create and update property listings on various platforms
- Assist with weekly progress reporting and maintain organized documentation
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative support or customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Prior real estate or property management experience is helpful but not required
