Real Property SME with Clearance

Job Summary

To support an Army client within the Asset Management Division, the full-time Real Property SME with Clearance will manage real property data quality, capital asset visibility, and stakeholder reporting while providing training and guidance to improve business processes and workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and validate real property inventory using Army real property systems and ensure compliance with reporting cycles
• Facilitate training for stakeholders and translate asset management policy into operational practices
• Lead data analysis for construction-related submissions and support the development of dashboards for project tracking and compliance

Required qualifications

• B.S. degree in a relevant field such as civil engineering, construction management, or data analytics preferred
• 12+ years of experience in project controls, real property, or construction programs
• Working knowledge of Army real property systems and lifecycle business policies
• Experience with large capital programs, including data validation and reporting
• Active DoD/DoW Secret clearance required
