- Assist in creating metrics and targets for services

Required Qualifications
- Advanced level Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills, including advanced formulas
- Previous call center experience is required
- Ability to create reports and forecast results
- Experience working as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and maintain focus on tasks for extended periods
