Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare - Real Time Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Manage real-time and intraday resource allocation across Voice, Email, and Messaging/Chat lines of business
Monitor incoming volumes and adjust schedules to ensure optimal service delivery
Collaborate with management to analyze performance and assist with reporting and time tracking

Required Qualifications

Work experience in an Analyst position
Experience using CX platforms, preferably Zendesk
Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
Ability to learn and master new systems quickly
Strong work ethic and collaborative mindset
