Real World Data Biostatistician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Biostatistician with Real World Data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for the Good Algorithmic Practice initiative, including implementing recommendations and developing standards for the use of AI/ML methods applied to Real-World Data (RWD)
• Manage outreach initiatives to underserved communities and sites with limited bioinformatics capacities
• Support investigations requiring biostatistical and/or machine learning knowledge and domain expertise, potentially resulting in publications

Required Qualifications:

• Ph.D or Postdoc preferred, minimum MS in computer science, (bio)statistics, or similar quantitative degree
• Proven track record of working with real world clinical data
• Experience in modern machine learning techniques and biostatistics, preferably in causal inference methods, supervised, and unsupervised learning
• Fluent in Python and R, with knowledge of Scikit-learn and at least one deep learning framework (TensorFlow/Keras or PyTorch)
• Strong judgment, positive attitude, and creative outlook
