Real World Evidence Manager

Job Summary

Managing the execution of quantitative analyses, the full-time Real World Evidence Manager will oversee the design and implementation of real-world evidence studies and health economic models in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage retrospective and prospective RWE studies using various data sources, ensuring methodological rigor and documentation
• Build and maintain health economic models and translate clinical evidence into economic inputs for payer-facing tools
• Prepare scientific publications and communicate complex analytical findings to diverse audiences

Required Qualifications

• Masters or doctoral degree in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, or a related quantitative field
• 3+ years of experience in HEOR, RWE, or health economic analytics within the relevant industries
• Expert-level proficiency in at least two programming languages such as R, Python, or SAS
• Demonstrated experience in designing and executing observational studies using claims or EMR data
• Strong track record of developing health economic models and a peer-reviewed publication record
