Job Summary

Key responsibilities
  • Assess and process reasonable accommodation requests from employees
  • Collaborate with HR and management to develop effective accommodation solutions
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with legal requirements related to accommodations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field
  • Experience in HR or compliance roles, particularly related to accommodations
  • Knowledge of ADA and other relevant regulations
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating accommodation requests
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
