Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Reasonable Accommodation Analyst will evaluate accommodation requests, provide recommendations, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and process reasonable accommodation requests from employees
- Collaborate with HR and management to develop effective accommodation solutions
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with legal requirements related to accommodations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field
- Experience in HR or compliance roles, particularly related to accommodations
- Knowledge of ADA and other relevant regulations
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating accommodation requests
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
