Job Summary
A company is looking for a DoT RA Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze reasonable accommodation requests involving disability, religion, and pregnancy-related accommodations
- Evaluate medical and supporting documentation for functional limitations and accommodation eligibility
- Initiate and facilitate the interactive accommodation process with employees, supervisors, and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of experience as an attorney; **OR** minimum three (3) years of experience in human resources, labor relations, disability management, or a related field
- Knowledge of the Rehabilitation Act, ADA, Title VII, PWFA, EEOC guidance, and related federal employment laws
- Experience reviewing and analyzing medical documentation related to accommodation determinations
- Knowledge of assistive technology applications and workplace accommodations
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
