Reauthorization Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the reauthorization process for therapies, the remote Reauthorization Specialist will ensure timely completion of all necessary steps while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Processes reauthorization with speed and accuracy
• Manages documentation, communication, and follow-up with plans, referral sources, pharmacies, and patients
• Assists the Reauthorization Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Minimum of two years of related experience
• Ability to multi-task and support numerous referrals/priorities simultaneously
• High degree of self-discipline in maintaining productivity expectations
• Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
