Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst Rebate 1 to provide exceptional service to customers and support rebate program management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage Spiff Dealer Claims, including calculating rebates and reviewing related documents
  • Participate in audits, validate third-party claims, and assist with financial tool development
  • Communicate with customers regarding claim statuses and ensure timely payments are issued
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2-5 years of customer service experience
  • Experience with Mapics, Mincron, and Partnerlink applications
  • Ability to interpret contractual language and rebate structures
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
