Job Summary
A company is looking for an Analyst Rebate 1 to provide exceptional service to customers and support rebate program management.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage Spiff Dealer Claims, including calculating rebates and reviewing related documents
- Participate in audits, validate third-party claims, and assist with financial tool development
- Communicate with customers regarding claim statuses and ensure timely payments are issued
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2-5 years of customer service experience
- Experience with Mapics, Mincron, and Partnerlink applications
- Ability to interpret contractual language and rebate structures
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
