Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center and Rebate Application Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process applications for the Home Energy Rebate Program and track rebate applications
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist applicants with application status and questions
  • Provide expert customer service support and document all customer interactions
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of relevant experience
  • 0-3+ years of experience in grants management, business, finance, or customer service
  • PC skills in a Windows environment, including knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Working knowledge of customer service responsibilities or application review experience
