Rebate Processing Associate

Job Summary

Processing rebate applications efficiently and accurately, the full-time Rebate Processing Associate will manage high-volume work queues, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure compliance with program requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process rebate applications using Salesforce CRM and other systems while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants and stakeholders, providing technical support and resolving inquiries
• Review applications for completeness and eligibility, making informed decisions based on program guidelines

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, application processing, or related fields
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on positive stakeholder interactions
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Intermediate proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office applications
• Associate of Arts degree preferred
