Job Summary
A company is looking for a Rebate Processing Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage team of Rebate Processing Specialists, assign tasks, and monitor processing volume
- Review records for fraud, waste, and inconsistencies, and collaborate with internal partners for issue resolution
- Analyze program data, identify trends, and recommend process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent education and work experience
- Five years of experience in managing rebate/incentive program departments
- Ability to exercise impartial professional care when reviewing case files
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S
