Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recall Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to notify potentially affected facilities
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while adhering to provided scripts
• Manage data entry and documentation within the provided database

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma/GED/AA preferred but not required
• Customer service or related experience preferred
• Strong technical software skills required
• Ability to work remotely and during PST business hours required
• Previous healthcare and recall experience preferred
