Receivables & Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Receivables & Collections Specialist to manage accounts receivable execution and credit oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cash application and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies
• Manage collections and aging reports, maintaining communication with clients regarding outstanding balances
• Support month-end close and reporting, preparing necessary documentation for CFO review

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or similar in Finance/Accounting (Required)
• 3-5 years of Accounts Receivable experience (Required)
• Intermediate to advanced level in Excel (Required)
• Experience with Salesforce and Oracle BOSS Financial system (Preferred)
• Advanced mathematical skills (Required)
