Receivables Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Receivables Management Analyst to manage and optimize hospital receivables operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in compiling statistics for follow-up activities and create month-end aging reports
• Evaluate workflow and identify opportunities for process improvement in payment collection
• Ensure accuracy of information systems related to government payers and respond to regulatory inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in hospital billing or revenue cycle management
• Strong knowledge of UB-04 & 1500, CPT/ICD coding, DRG, and payer reimbursement methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in hospital billing systems (Epic, SSI) and MS Excel
• Experience with EHR systems, with Epic certification preferred
