Recipe Editor

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and organized, the project-based Tasty Recipe Editor will copyedit recipes and social captions, ensure accuracy and clarity of content, and contribute to creative initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as copy editor for all written recipes and captions across social platforms and the Tasty app
• Contribute to and update recipe round-ups, writing and publishing engaging captions
• Handle projects from start to finish with minimal supervision, ensuring adherence to Tasty's Recipe Style Guide

Required qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience as a copy editor or recipe writer
• 2+ years of recipe development experience with a high comfort level in both sweet and savory cooking
• Strong knowledge of CMS platforms and Tasty video content
• Excellent culinary judgment regarding cookability and cultural sensitivity
• Impeccable time management skills and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
