Recon Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recon Specialist to provide technical support for account handling in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate feedback and resolution to account inquiries from management, clients, or team members
• Review accounts and communicate special handling requirements; run reports to identify trends and errors
• Maintain a working knowledge of multiple software systems and follow established procedures for account resolution

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience with Microsoft Office software
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
