Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reconciliation Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile bank accounts to the general ledger and resolve outstanding reconciliation items
  • Research and address banking errors and ledger discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Coordinate outstanding checks with Unclaimed Property and maintain reconciliation documentation
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
  • Two to five years of General Accounting experience and/or related training
  • One or more years of Banking experience and/or related training
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLookups and Pivot Tables
  • Experience with Trintech Cadency Reconciliation system is a plus
