Reconciliation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reconciliation Specialist responsible for supporting billing teams and ensuring efficient reimbursement reconciliation for therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure HIPAA-compliant confidentiality with client-related data
• Reconcile and post payments in various billing platforms and monitor accounts receivable
• Communicate trends and identify payment discrepancies to the billing team for resolution

Required Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of payment posting experience
• Experience using insurance company websites and portals
• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
• Experience with ABA is preferred
