Reconciliation Support Expert
Job Summary
Providing deep functional and technical expertise, the full-time Reconciliation Support Expert will manage end-to-end reconciliation processes across payment systems and support financial operations remotely in the LATAM region.
Key responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end reconciliation across payment systems and monitor reconciliation cycles for completeness and timeliness
- Handle L1/L2 issues related to reconciliation mismatches and perform root cause analysis for discrepancies
- Support settlement processes and ensure compliance with financial controls and audit requirements
Required qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in reconciliation, settlement, or financial transaction processing environments
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems including Cards, ATM, and POS
- Experience with reconciliation tools and financial reporting
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and database queries (SQL)
- Proficiency in Spanish and English
