Reconsideration Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reconsideration Analyst III.

Key Responsibilities

• Writes clear reconsideration decisions that support the determinations made
• Ensures all appeal issues raised by beneficiaries, representatives, suppliers, and/or providers are addressed
• Conducts research using federal regulations and related resources to support accurate decision-making

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) years of general office experience
• College education or technical training in administration, business, or related areas may substitute for experience on a year-per-year basis
• Two (2) years of experience in high volume customer calls, appeals, or billing
• Medicare experience preferred
