A company is looking for a Reconsideration Analyst III.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clear reconsideration decisions supporting determinations made
• Address all appeal issues raised by beneficiaries, suppliers, and providers
• Conduct research to complete accurate and well-supported decisions

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Three years of general office experience
• Two years of high volume customer calls, appeals, or billing
• College education or technical training in administration, business, or related areas may be substituted for experience
• Experience with Medicare and customer service preferred
