Reconstruction Supervisor

Job Summary

Providing day-to-day supervision of the Reconstruction team, the fully remote Supervisor, Reconstruction will monitor performance, ensure compliance with operating procedures, and guide the team to achieve business goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and engage the team to meet customer service and performance metrics
• Implement processes, policies, and standards to enhance team effectiveness
• Monitor claims and tasks to ensure compliance and facilitate positive stakeholder interactions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience in call center or customer service roles
• Demonstrated experience using KPIs and performance metrics for team management
• Previous experience in the property restoration industry is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
