Key Responsibilities

• Submit clear and accurate patient record requests to healthcare providers
• Follow up persistently to ensure timely record delivery and problem-solve when necessary
• Upload, label, and organize received medical records in Salesforce with attention to detail

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age
• Experience in medical records, healthcare admin, or customer service is a plus
• Familiarity with HIPAA and record retrieval processes preferred
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is highly valued
• Reliable personal computer and high-speed internet required
