Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time Recording Document Specialist will ensure the accurate and timely submission of real estate documents, providing client support and managing document preparation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Examine real estate documents for compliance with county-specific requirements and government codes
- Leverage online county indexes to gather and verify critical information
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, offering expert guidance and timely resolutions
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of real estate recording experience
- Familiarity with real estate documents, title insurance, or escrow functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
