Job Summary

Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time Recording Document Specialist will ensure the accurate and timely submission of real estate documents, providing expert client support and managing document review and preparation in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Examine and prepare real estate documents for compliance with county-specific requirements and government codes
  • Research and verify critical information using online county indexes
  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, offering guidance and timely resolutions
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of real estate recording experience
  • Familiarity with real estate documents, title insurance, or escrow functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
