Job Summary
Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time Recording Document Specialist will ensure the accurate and timely submission of real estate documents, providing expert client support and managing document review and preparation in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Examine and prepare real estate documents for compliance with county-specific requirements and government codes
- Research and verify critical information using online county indexes
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, offering guidance and timely resolutions
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of real estate recording experience
- Familiarity with real estate documents, title insurance, or escrow functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
