Records Analyst

Job Summary

To support operational excellence, the full-time remote Records Analyst will manage data integrity, maintain compliance with governance standards, and collaborate across departments to ensure accurate student records data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the validity of data produced by source systems to support accurate downstream decisions
• Maintain business unit data standards and guidelines while reviewing exception reports for performance
• Update student records for scholarship applications based on organizational needs and manage work processes as a key resource

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in analyzing data records, processing applications, or customer service in relevant fields
• Demonstrated success in professional experience or military service that substitutes for education requirements
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with clients
