Records & Investigations Team Lead

Job Summary

Overseeing the Medical Records and Investigations team, the full-time remote Records & Investigations Team Lead will manage team execution, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with legal documentation standards while supporting workflow improvements and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Medical Records and Investigations team, including training and coaching staff
• Oversee the accuracy and completeness of medical records, billing requests, and investigative assignments
• Act as the primary contact for third-party vendors, managing performance and resolving issues

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of law firm experience required, with 2+ years in personal injury or related fields preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role with responsibilities in training and workflow management
• Experience managing vendors and ensuring service quality
• College degree or paralegal certificate required
• Strong understanding of legal documentation and case management systems
