Job Summary
Leading the enterprise Records & Information Management program, the remote Records Management Program Manager will oversee the lifecycle of records and information, define policies and standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise Records & Information Management program covering structured and unstructured data environments
- Define and maintain RIM policies, standards, and operating procedures applicable across systems, platforms, and repositories
- Establish RIM governance structures and decision forums for records and information lifecycle management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Records Management, Library Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Records & Information Management, Information Governance, or Data Governance
- Strong knowledge of records lifecycle management, retention, legal holds, and defensible disposition
- Experience partnering with legal, privacy, compliance, information security, and IT teams
- Proficiency with enterprise content and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive
