Job Summary
Leading a Federal Records Information Management (RIM) advisory engagement, the full-time Records Management Project Manager will oversee project execution, stakeholder management, and business development activities while ensuring compliance with federal records management requirements in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the delivery of RIM services across the records lifecycle, ensuring compliance with federal requirements
- Manage project work plans, resources, schedules, costs, risks, and performance reporting, ensuring timely delivery of project reports and deliverables
- Coordinate with client leadership and project stakeholders to establish priorities, clarify requirements, and resolve issues
Required qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in project management for management consulting engagements in data and information management or IT environments
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS)
- Ability to acquire and maintain a Public Trust
- Detailed understanding of federal laws and regulations impacting federal records management
- Strong business writing skills
