Job Summary

Supporting critical program operations, the full-time remote Records & Document Control Specialist will manage records and document management processes, maintain document repositories, and ensure compliance with program standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain records management, filing, retention, and labeling of documents
  • Perform data entry functions and prepare weekly internal reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate maintenance of records in alignment with program requirements
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience in records management or administrative support
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in document control or records retention processes
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy and data integrity
  • Experience in data entry and document preparation
  • Ability to manage confidential or sensitive information
