Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accuracy and compliance of student records in accordance with State and Federal laws
  • Prepare official correspondence regarding student status changes and monitor academic progress
  • Respond to inquiries and requests through various communication channels
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training
  • Knowledge of university academic processes and clerical procedures
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a designated workspace
