Job Summary
A digital substance abuse program is searching for a person to fill their position for a Recovery Addiction Recovery Counselor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide counseling to members on a weekly basis through text-based chat and phone calls
- Onboard the users with an initial phone call and complete a multidimensional assessment
- Monitor the progress of members and offer therapeutic strategies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- IC&RC Certified
- 2 years of clinical experience delivering CBT and/or behavioral support for individuals with substance use disorders
- Working knowledge of motivational interviewing techniques
- Tech-savvy
- Able to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals from different disciplines
